15 in 30- Day 8

Lexington, like many other areas, has been hit with continuous rain this month resulting in a great deal of flooding.  After being stuck inside all winter, my kiddos are in desperate need of outside time.  Last night my husband declared enough is enough!  Rain or shine, outside they go.  Well, indeed it was really raining and they loved every minute of it.  They headed to our park to investigate the flooding of a large drainage area.

I think they enjoyed the umbrella's most! 
So don't be afraid to embrace the rain, get the kids a little wet and have some fun!
